Tables of contents recipe illustrations
I contributed two original recipe illustrations to The Tables of Contents Community Cookbook. Tables of Contents uses food to create unexpected experiences and conversations around literature, art, music, and culture. All proceeds of the cookbook go to FIG (originally Food Issues Group) a grassroots collective of food and hospitality workers in New York and beyond. FIG develops concrete strategies to address the interlocking issues of environmental sustainability, racial equity, and economic justice in New York’s food and hospitality industries; and in the larger food systems of which it is a part.
